As an associate attorney with Melville Johnson, P.C., Mr. Johnson provides representation in a variety of practice areas, and has experience advising clients on matters concerning federal anti-discrimination law, including the ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, and the Rehabilitation Act. In addition, he has represented clients in a number of administrative law forums, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Prior to joining Melville Johnson, P.C., Mr. Johnson worked with the U.S. Department of Labor on matters of employment-based immigration.
Mr. Johnson graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was the recipient of the three-year Andrea R. Bennett Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Johnson served on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Before attending law school, Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Auburn University and served as an intern in the U.S. House of Representatives. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.
Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.
