As an associate attorney with Melville Johnson, P.C., Mr. Moulard represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including labor and employment law, appellate law, and general litigation. Mr. Moulard has considerable experience advising clients on matters concerning federal and state anti-discrimination law, such as the ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, Rehabilitation Act, and ERISA. In addition, he has represented clients in a number of forums, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
Mr. Moulard graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was the recipient of the three-year Marion Smith Scholarship. Mr. Moulard served on the Managerial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and was the President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Also while in law school, Mr. Moulard clerked for the Honorable Judge Wendy Shoob of the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to coming to law school, Mr. Moulard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Georgia, from which he graduated summa cum laude, with Highest Honors.
Mr. Moulard is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, the Court of Appeals for the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, the United State District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
