Once you’ve contacted our firm via phone or email, our Client Intake Manager will reach out to learn more about your situation and help gather pertinent information.

Consult with our sr. federal employee attorney

You’ll then consult with our Sr. Partner, George Melville Johnson, concerning your current situation and review all the basic facts to determine if you have a case worth pursuing.

Payment information

If the case proceeds, we’ll collect an initial retainer that goes into a trust fund from which all work performed is billed against and then begin filing any necessary paperwork.

A professional looking person icon

One of our expert MSPB or EEO attorneys will be assigned to your case—serving as both a trusted legal advisor and your advocate when dealing with your agency or OPM.

Based on the strength of your case, we’ll pursue a judgment or advise you to drop the claim if we reach a point where further legal action outweighs the benefits.
