Associate Attorney
Avuntee Patel is an associate federal employment law attorney. She represents federal employees in all areas of employment law, including discrimination claims relating to race, gender, age, disability, retaliation, sexual harassment, and retirement. She assists clients pursuing cases in front of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), Office of Federal Operations (OFO), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and in Federal Court.

Ms. Patel was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Georgia State University where she pursed her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate. She received her J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Ms. Patel chose to practice federal employment law because of her passion to fight for federal employees who have suffered injustices. Ms. Patel is a strong advocate for her clients, and delivers quality and skilled representation.
