Jojo Wei
Associate Attorney
Yizhou "Jojo" Wei is an associate federal employment attorney, representing federal employees in all areas of employment law, including discrimination claims relating to race, gender, age, disability, retaliation, sexual harassment, and retirement. Mr. Wei assists clients pursuing cases in front of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), Office of Federal Operations (OFO), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and in Federal Court.

Mr. Wei received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. During his time in law school, Mr. Wei worked in the Georgia State Bankruptcy and Tax Clinic, helping low-income individuals find solutions to their legal problems. Mr. Wei chose to practice in the area of federal employment law to further advocate for and defend clients who are in need of legal solutions.

Mr. Wei joined Melville Johnson, P.C. in January, 2020. He is a current member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. In his free time, Mr. Wei enjoys playing and teaching tennis.
