Kimberlyn Malone

Kimberlyn Malone is an experienced federal employment law attorney as a civil rights litigator and former EEOC trial attorney. She has represented numerous clients in various employment law cases. She is very familiar with the administrative process and has navigated many clients through it to resolution by mediation, arbitration, and/or trial or hearing in the federal sector. Ms. Malone listens to her clients intently and strives to tailor a solution specific to each client. She knows that clients are not all the same and want specific solutions. Ms. Malone is a natural fighter and a strategic, forward-thinking advocate. She is honest with her clients and keeps them well-informed of realistic results.

Ms. Malone received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law where she was active in the Black Lawyers Student Association (BLSA) and Frederick Douglas Moot Court. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where was a Presidential Honors and Deans List recipient and a member Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.

Ms. Malone is a current member of the State Bar of Georgia, Gate City Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Malone has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing attorney.
