Mickey P. Evans II
Associate Attorney
Mickey P. Evans, II is an associate federal employment attorney. Mr. Evans represents federal employees in all areas of employment litigation including discrimination claims with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Operations (OFO), retirement claims filed with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and matters filed with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and Office of Special Counsel (OSC).

Mr. Evans received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2018. During law school, Mr. Evans served as a Representative in the Student Bar Association. After passing the Georgia bar exam, Mr. Evans received his Master of Laws from Emory University School of Law in 2019. While completing his Master of Laws, Mr. Evans served as an intern for the Honorable Christopher J. McFadden of the Court of Appeal of Georgia.

Mr. Evans joined Melville Johnson, P.C. in 2020. Before joining Melville Johnson, P.C., Mr.Evans advocated for many disadvantages and indigent clients, first as a criminal defense attorney, and later as a personal injury attorney. Mr. evans decided to begin practicing federal employment law because of his intellectual interest in government sector law and his conscientious desire to advocate for those who face challenges in their employment and to their career.
