Rebecca Greene Cordle
Associate Attorney
Rebecca Greene Cordle is an Associate Attorney with the Firm. Her practice focuses on representing federal employees in cases before the EEOC and MSPB. Ms. Greene Cordle joined Melville Johnson, P.C. in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced civil litigation in Charleston, South Carolina.

Ms. Greene Cordle earned her Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina in 2020. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating from law school, she entered private practice in the Charleston, SC area where she represented clients in matters concerning business operations, asset purchases and sales, corporate governance, and secured transactions. Ms. Greene Cordle has handled broad civil litigation matters at all stages of litigation from initial complaints to handling appellate briefs.

After working with businesses, Ms. Greene Cordle chose to shift her focus to employment law in order to help federal employees who are facing struggles in their jobs or with their retirement. She believes that a collaborative approach is vital to ensuring clients feel comfortable with complicated legal processes, understand their options, and are prepared to move their cases forward toward positive outcomes.

When Ms. Greene Cordle is not at work, she enjoys watching and attending sporting events, especially if the UNC Tar Heels are playing, traveling, and exploring local restaurants. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and their dog, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
